The project is a multifunctional art center. All the functions are interconnected within a rotation around a central space : The Agora.
Deconstructivism took the lead as a shocking theme in contrast with the well organized and orthogonal surrounding, reflecting the well present dichotomy in Dbayeh's nature; the old city with its organic urbain system and the new grafted area on the waterfront.
The west elevation opens up to the lebanese waterfront and to Beirut's skyline.
The performance space is directly exposed to the boulevard inviting people in.
